How to read a Fetesap project

Our project notes focus on decisions, not decorative labels. A villa courtyard may use one structural tree to cast afternoon shade, low aromatic planting near seating and open gravel where constant irrigation would add little value. A compound entrance must be legible from a moving vehicle, tolerate dust and allow maintenance without blocking traffic. An office terrace needs lightweight planters, safe drainage and planting that stays presentable between service visits.

For every project we record the original constraint, the design response and the care implication. Photographs taken immediately after planting are only the beginning; useful reviews show how spacing fills out, how irrigation is adjusted and which plants respond best to the microclimate. These observations improve future specifications and help clients understand why two gardens in the same city may need different solutions.

What the client receives

The working material is scaled to the assignment: annotated observations for a care visit, outline layouts during design, and coordinated planting and irrigation information when installation is included. Recommendations name priorities and dependencies, so optional improvements do not look like urgent corrections. Site access, protection, waste removal and responsibility for existing services are confirmed before work begins.

Local conditions can alter the sequence. Dusty wind, exceptional heat, restricted compound hours or a delayed nursery delivery may make a short reschedule better than forcing work into an unsuitable day. The project contact is told what changed, why it matters and what the revised next step will be.
